Absorbed mainly by melanin, with excellent energy exchange at surface and medium depth. Inhibits bacterial proliferation and promotes cell growth, enabling faster recovery of wounds, sores and ulcers
780 nm
Activates the haemoglobin oxidative process, accelerating ATP production.
Scientific research testifies to its effectiveness in regenerating nervous tissue.
810 nm
Accelerates ATP production, activating the oxidative process of haemoglobin.
The correct energy supply promotes regeneration of muscle and tendon tissue.
905 nm

Preset emission modes and customisation
You can choose between 14 preset emission modes: from continuous delivery (CW), to three pulsed modes, to superpulsed, to burst  high-intensity pulse trains, to single pulse, to anti-inflammatory mode.
Best of all, you can select use of patented stochastic modes such as E²C and PBM, or take advantage of the unique flexibility of our Lambda Wave Creator.
 
14 preset emissions for every therapeutic need 
E²C and PBM, two modes patented by Mectronic, deserve special mention.
The E²C mode is characterised by a series of pulses of variable power, duration and frequency and it’s ideal for generating a rapid analgesic effect whil limiting the thermal effects on tissues.
PBM is a stochastic emission mode, designed to maximise photobiomodulation while respecting emission times and dark periods highlighted in numerous scientific studies.

The E²C mode, an exclusive Mectronic Medicale patent characterised by a series of pulses of variable power, duration and frequency, ideal for generating a rapid analgesic effect while limiting the thermal effects on tissues and the PBM, a stochastic emission mode designed to maximise photobiomodulation while respecting emission times and dark periods highlighted in numerous scientific studies, deserve a separate mention.
 
Lambda Wave Creator
Lambda Wave Creator is the innovative system that allows you to define a mix of wavelengths and an emission mode for each of them.
The operator can save the mode and the combination of emission modes created, achieving an even more flexible and high-performance result.
 Patented tissue temperature control system
This patented technology, first introduced by Mectronic Medicale, allows the device's output to be modulated to keep the temperature of the treated tissue within predefined thermal thresholds in order to achieve the best therapeutic results in total safety.

This is not a simple thermal control, commonly available in laser and cryotherapy treatment devices, but a temperature measurement system that can stop therapy and send an alarm to the operator when a predefined critical threshold is reached.

But this is not the only difference that puts our patented technology at a higher level: the vobulate mode allows the temperature to be kept within predefined thermal thresholds, further improving the quality of therapy results.
